Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 and lightly coat the tray with olive oil using a pastry brush.
- Whisk the egg in a small bowl. Mix the panko and Old Bay in another small bowl.
- Dip each shrimp in the egg, followed by the panko. Give them a gentle shake between the egg and panko.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer, leaving space between each one, and cook for 8 to 9 minutes.
