Ingredients

  • 4 Springer Mountain Chicken Tenders
  • ½ pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8-10 strawberries sliced
  • 4 boiled eggs peeled and cut in half
  • 8 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup red onion diced small
  • 3 bundles romaine lettuce washed and cut
  • 1-2 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup dressing of your choice I used lemon vinaigrette

Instructions

  • Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer on 400 for 15 to 18 minutes until the outside is golden brown and crispy. Once done, take them out and slice them.
  • Place your lettuce on a large platter with a short rim.
  • Arrange your chicken tenders, tomatoes, boiled eggs, bacon, onion avocado and strawberries in neat rows over the bed of greens.
  • Dress your salad and serve! Enjoy!

Notes

Tips:
  • Use large eggs for getting a larger boiled egg white.
  • Store unused dressing in mason jars for easy leftovers.
  • If you do not have an air fryer you can cook the chicken tenders in the oven.
Storage
  • Store leftover salad in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
