These keto air fryer mushrooms are quick, easy, and delicious. Seasoned to perfection with a blend of aromatic spices and air fried until tender, these mushrooms make the perfect low carb appetizer or side dish.

  • Wash, drain, and slice the mushrooms. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Add the mushrooms, oil, and seasonings to a bowl and toss or mix until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
  • Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  • Air fry the mushrooms for 6 minutes. Then, give the basket a good shake and continue air-frying for an additional 6 to 8 minutes until the mushrooms reach your desired texture.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy.

  • Refrigerate for up to 3 days in an airtight container. 
  • Microwave individual portions at 30-second intervals until heated through. 
Tips
  • Wash and drain your mushrooms immediately before using them. Pre-washing mushrooms can make them soggy and promote mold growth.
  • Always preheat your air fryer for even cooking and accurate cooking times. It only takes about five minutes!
  • Slice your mushrooms relatively thickly so they hold their shape as they air fry.
  • The easiest way to coat the mushrooms is to wear food-grade gloves and mix them by hand.
