Instructions

  • Set the air fryer to 390 degrees.
  • Toss the brussel sprouts with the garlic olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Add the garlic pepper and toss again.
  • Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes. Then, flip the sprouts and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.

Notes

Storage
  • Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
  • For longer storage, flash freeze the sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then, freeze them for up to 3 months in an airtight, freezer-safe container or heavy-duty freezer bag.
  • To reheat the sprouts, defrost them overnight in the refrigerator if frozen. Then, microwave individual portions at 30-second intervals until heated through.
General Tips
  • To save yourself some time, give the air fryer basket a good shake with a slight lift to flip all the sprouts at once. It's much quicker than flipping them individually, and it generally works just as well.
  • Don't worry if your sprouts have a little frost on them. It will cook off quickly in the air fryer and start them off with a bit of a steaming action, which actually works nicely!
